Craig Fass - Owner
I spent 20+ years as a law enforcement officer at the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office, Pasco County Sheriff's Office, and Wildwood Police Department obtaining the rank of Lieutenant. I attended the University of South Florida (USF) acquiring my bachelor’s degree in criminology and my master’s degree in leadership (May, 2013).
After retiring from law enforcement I obtained my 220-insurance license (September 2021). While working as an insurance agent I found that the most important and costly part of purchasing homeowners’ insurance is having a roof that the insurance companies will accept. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to be offered the position of operations manager for two roofing companies.
In July of 2023 I started a local roofing company with two partners. I was able to obtain my contractor’s license in July of 2024 and took the role of contractor of for that company. Under my direction the company became a five-star company placing emphasis on customer service and satisfaction while keeping up the high standards of a truly professional company. I have learned throughout my work history as a law enforcement leader and roofing contractor that putting the customers and employees first is the best way to be successful in business.
In March of 2024 I started Craig Fass Roofing so I could continue putting customers and employees first without inference. I now have like minded partners that believe in what I believe. All of my partners are pillars of this community and have a thought process built into them of taking care of people. Thomas Bosley (retired fire fighter- Division Chief), Jennifer Sanderson (registered nurse) and Jeremy Sanderson (first responder- linesman), and James Sudlow (active Citrus County Sheriff’s Patrol Sergeant and licensed general contractor). I am fortunate to have a team that surrounds me and makes me better. Please give us the opportunity to impress you!

Megan - Office Manager
Originally from Colorado, Megan recently made Citrus County her home and is excited to be part of the Craig Fass Roofing team as Office and Marketing Manager. She brings a strong background in customer service, office administration, operations, and marketing, along with a strong passion for organization and helping people.
Megan and her husband enjoy everything the Nature Coast has to offer and can usually be found exploring the local waterways when they’re not at work. They share their home with their two Cattle Dogs.
At Craig Fass Roofing, Megan is dedicated to creating a smooth experience for every customer by keeping projects organized, improving office processes, and supporting the company’s marketing efforts. She is proud to be part of a local, family-oriented company and looks forward to serving homeowners throughout Citrus County with honesty, professionalism, and exceptional service.
Lucy - Office Assistant
Lucy is a dedicated community member and proud military veteran who balances her time between being a wife and raising three little boys.
After serving nine years in the Army and living all over the country, she settled in Citrus Springs in 2022 and recently earned her management and leadership business degree from St. Petersburg College.
Born with a lifelong commitment to hard work and service, Lucy brings the discipline, teamwork, and strong communication skills to Craig Fass Roofing.
