I spent 20+ years as a law enforcement officer at the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office, Pasco County Sheriff's Office, and Wildwood Police Department obtaining the rank of Lieutenant. I attended the University of South Florida (USF) acquiring my bachelor’s degree in criminology and my master’s degree in leadership (May, 2013). 

After retiring from law enforcement I obtained my 220-insurance license (September 2021). While working as an insurance agent I found that the most important and costly part of purchasing homeowners’ insurance is having a roof that the insurance companies will accept. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to be offer the position of operations manager for two roofing companies. 

In July of 2023 I started a local roofing company with two partners. I was able to obtained my contractor’s license in July of 2024 and took the role of contractor of for that company. Under my direction the company became a five-star company placing emphasis on customer service and satisfaction while keeping up the high standards of a truly professional company. I have learned throughout my work history as a law enforcement leader and roofing contractor that putting the customers and employees first is the best way to be successful in business.

In March of 2024 I started Craig Fass Roofing so I could continue putting customers and employees first without inference. I now have like minded partners that believe in what I believe. All of my partners are pillars of this community and have a thought process built into them of taking care of people. Thomas Bosley (retired fire fighter- Division Chief), Jennifer Sanderson (register nurse) and Jeremy Sanderson (first responder- linesman), and James Sudlow (active Citrus County Sheriff’s Patrol Sergeant and licensed general contractor).
